    For Cleanliness and comfortable I gave two thumbs

    During check in an d check out takes too long and also bell boy not coming even I called two times (1 hour) when I checked out. Maybe this hotel not well prepared for high season.

    It's in the mall area. It has a lot of facilities, such as swimming pool, rooftop restaurant (the 18th), kids club, fitness centre complete with sauna, steam and jacuzzi. I really like our room, it's very comfortable.

    Wonderful staff with excellent service. Very warm reception and the kids club was excellent to my children. We totally enjoyed the stay and will return back for another holiday.

    Enjoyed the hotel, it is ideal and fairly clean, has strategic and good location near of the mosque. Our breakfast was amazing and with Indonesian cuisines & international cuisines, the staff was amazingly nice. Location: the property was just off Trans Studio indoor theme park & mall, mall and theme park. Had tea and goodies at Papilio Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.
